One of the most confusing diet concepts is the proper number of meals you should be eating every day. Most of us have been raised with the traditional three square meals routine, but that might not be the best for you and your caloric needs, particularly if you're less physically active since working from home. If you're not typically hungry in the morning, try intermittent fasting and give yourself an 8-hour window to eat a hearty lunch and dinner (noon to 8 for example). If you get cravings throughout the day, try five smaller meals with reduced portions. If you have to snack, make sure your main meals aren't too high in calories. Experiment with the number of meals you eat to find what works for you.
