Use Tall, Thin Glasses

No matter what diet you're following, we should all limit the number of sugary drinks we consume. When the cravings strike, however, you can easily control how much juice or soda you drink by using tall, skinny glasses. Because the glasses are tall, we trick our brains into thinking we've drunk more than we really have and feel sated, but because the glass is skinny, the amount is less than in a normal glass.
