21 Club - New York, NY
This former prohibition-era speakeasy is now one of NYC's most popular American eateries, having welcomed the likes of every president since Franklin Roosevelt, excluding George W. Bush. Its entrance is marked by painted cast iron jockey statues arranged on the balcony, and inside, you'll find the walls and ceiling covered with antique toys and sports memorabilia that have been donated by famous guests. It also housed the private wine collections of JFK, Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. Multiple menus are available, including à la carte and prix-fixe options, but be advised: everything is pricy! Gentleman are expected to wear a jacket.
