Apply a bit of pressure to each fritter with a fork. After about 1-2 minutes when the bottoms are nicely browned, flip the fritters over. Fry for 1-2 minutes more until golden brown all over. Once the fritters are cooked through, remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon, and place them on a large plate lined with paper towels.
