When it comes to your big Christmas meal, you should always have a menu planned. This year, you might not be celebrating with the whole family, so you'll need to adjust the menu and food quantities accordingly. Cut out a few side dishes, if necessary. Pick only the dishes you and your dining companions enjoy the most. And most importantly, set a budget for the whole dinner and stick to it! You might have to adjust the menu as you go along, but having a plan and budget in place will make your final decisions a lot easier.
