Omelette

Omelets or omelettes make for a wonderful light meal option at any time of day. While Americans are more accustomed to eating them for breakfast, omelets are served all day long in many places around the world. They're made from eggs that are lightly seasoned and beaten before being fried up in a skillet and often filled with vegetables, herbs, cheese and/or meats.
