The Genius Way to Make Homemade Pasta without a Machine

Roll the dough out

After covering the dough with plastic wrap and letting it sit for 20 minutes, using a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a very thin sheet. It should be less than 1/8-inch thick. Let it harden for a few minutes, then loosely drape it around the rolling pin. Remove the rolling pin so you have a gently folded sheet of dough.
