Cuban Sandwich

The origins of the Cubano or Cuban sandwich in America are linked to cafes that were popular among Cuban immigrants in Florida. It's a hot sandwich made on Cuban bread that's layered with yellow mustard, sliced roast pork, glazed ham, Swiss cheese and thinly sliced pickles. In Tampa, it also comes with salami, and some places in Key West serve it with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato (though this is unpopular among purists). The pork is also frequently marinated in a strong, tart and garlicky mojo sauce. Here's a recipe that stays true to the classic version.
