colostrum, the first form of milk produced by a cow that's just given birth. Yes, you read that right. Jack Oliver, who represented Team GB at the 2012 London Summer Olympics, detailed his, er—nourishing—shake in The Guardian, made with "50 grams of oats, 30 grams of whey protein, a pint of whole milk, and 10 grams of colostrum." He went on to describe it as "absolutely horrible" but also claimed "it's really good for you—it's full of antibodies and keeps you healthy.
