Twix

Twix chocolate bars, with their crunchy layers of caramel and buttery biscuit, were first produced in the UK in 1967 and later introduced to the US in 1979. The name comes from the portmanteau of the phrase "twin biscuit sticks." Up until 1991, Twix was sold under the name "Raider" throughout mainland Europe. Many flavors and product variants have been created over the years, including Peanut Butter Twix and Twix Ice Cream Bars, which are still sold today, manufactured and produced by Mars, Incorporated.
