- 1 1/2 cup soymilk
- 1 onion, diced
- 7 mushrooms, diced
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil plus more for cooking
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Kimchi, to taste

- 3 cups cooked rice

- 1 pkg veggie ground
- 1/3 cup bok choy, shredded
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup shitake mushrooms, diced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup Thai Chili Sauce plus more for dipping
