Peanut butter spaghetti

This is something easy to make after work straight from your pantry
- Package of spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 can unflavored tomato sauce
- 1 fresh tomato (chunky pureed)
- grated parmesan or mozzarella
- fresh or dried basil, oregano, thyme, parsley (optional)
- salt and pepper, olive oil

This is the classic chinese dish with tofu instead of chicken
- 1 pkg extra firm Indian tofu, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 3 mushrooms, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 banana peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch in 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
slow cooker spicy mac & cheese

cook pasta for 6 min (drain)
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1-2 finely chopped jalapenos
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 10 0z can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch Cheyenne
Spaghetti sauce

Mix butter, onion, hamburger and garlic together in a pan and sauté till cooked
- 2 Tablespoons Butter or margarine
- One diced onion
- 1½ lb hamburger
- 8 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 cans tomato juice 19 oz.
- 1 can tomato 28 oz.
- 1 can tomato paste 15 oz.
- 1 can tomato soup 10 oz.
- ½ c. ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- • Salt & pepper
- • 2 teaspoon oregano
- • 1 teaspoon basil
- • 1 teaspoon savory
- • ¼ teaspoon parsley
- • ½ teaspoon red pepper
- • 3-4 bay leaves

- 1 Package of 100% corn tortillas
- 2lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 bag Mexican style shredded cheese
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 large jar of black bean and white corn salsa ( I prefer the Walmart brand)
- 2 packets of taco seasoning
- 1 small can of sliced olives
- shredded lettuce, chopped onions, and chopped tomatoes for topping
