- 2 pounds of ground chuck or sirloin (ground turkey & chicken is good too)
- 1/2 pound of ground pork
- 2 c Italian style bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 c fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp of Virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
