Paula’S Sweet Potato Bake

Veggies sweet not so sure but OK
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, half and half, or whole milk
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
- Mix together with fork; sprinkle over top of casserole.
Paula’S Turkey Black Bean Burgers with Corny Salsa

- Burgers:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and lightly mashed
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 2 teaspoons The Lady and Sons House Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chile powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 avocado, firmly diced, for serving
- Sour cream, for serving

- 1 6-ounce package very fine egg noodles, cooked
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese

- 1 (14 3/4-ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8-ounce) package corn muffin mix (recommended Jiffy)

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
