Ham Roll-Ups

Mix all ingredients together until well blended
- 1 pkg. ham lunchmeat. or any thin sliced ham.
- 1 pkg. softened cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. minced sweet onion
- accent
- 1/8 garlic powder
Zucchini Bread

Preheat oven to 325
- 3 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. veg. oil
- 2 1/4 c. white sugar
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Deviled Eggs.

Boil eggs first. after eggs are boiled, cut each in half and scrape out the yolk
- Eggs.
- 4 tbsp. miracle whip
- squirt of mustard
- paprika.
Beef Stroganoff

boil meat in water with bouillon until meat is tender
- 2lbs of stew meat
- 1 large container of sour cream
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. accent *optional*
- 2 tbsp. instant beef bouillon
- 1 sm. chopped sweet onion
- 1 package of egg noodles.
Delicious Chicken Noodle Soup

In a large pot, add water, chicken, celery, carrot, bouillon, accent, and chopped onion
- Water
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 carrot cut finely
- 1 stalk of celery finely chopped
- 1 sm. onion -chopped
- 1 tsp. accent
- 2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
- thin egg noodles
Italian Beef

Put chuck roast into the crock pot along with all of the other ingredients on low for 6-8 hours
- 4-5lbs of chuck roast
- 1/4 c. Marsala wine
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 bottle of Italian dressing
- 2 c. of water
- 1 whole chopped onion. (sweet)
Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Cassarole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 8 ounces cooked, diced ham
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Stuffed Filet Mignon Bites

Slice the steaks into 1/2-inch wide strips
- 4 (6 ounce) filet mignon steaks
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup minced jalapeno pepper
- 20 slices thinly sliced bacon
Crostini

Set the oven to broil at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- 1 French baguette, cut into diagonal 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Peanut Butter Shake

- 1/4 c. whole milk
- 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
