PB&J Pancakes

This is for the PB&J lovers out there
- 2 tbsp sugar-free strawberry preserves
- 1/4 c whole wheat flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp vanilla whey protein (I used GNC’s ProPerformance Wheybolic Extreme 60)
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co’s White Chocolate Wonderful
- 1tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1 large strawberry (optional – for garnishment)

I’ve been so in LOVE with these pancakes lately… they’re full of fiber, packed with protein, low in carbs & s
- 4 large egg whites
- 3 tbsp of Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
- 5 drops liquid stevia (or other sweetener)
- 1/8 tsp extract flavoring of choice (I like to use either vanilla, maple, or coconut)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp melted peanut butter (topping)
- 1 serving fresh strawberries (or fruit of choice)

- 4 large egg whites
- 3 tbsp of Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
- 8-9 drops liquid stevia (or other sweetener – I use the English Toffee flavor)
- 1 tbsp peanut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp melted peanut butter (for topping)
- 1 serving fresh strawberries (or fruit of choice for topping)
