Chop the chicken thighs into small pieces and marinate overnight, or anything up to 8 hours for optimum flavour
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)

- 1 dessert spoon of turmeric
- 1 red chilli
- 1/2 bar of organic creamed coconut
- 1/2 pint of water
- 1/2 carton of organic chopped tomoatoes

- 1 Spanish Onion (chopped)

- Thumb of ginger (chopped)

- For The Rice:

Crockpot White Chicken Chili

Put all your shit together and throw it in a crockpot
- 4 (15 ounce) cans white beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (14.5 ounce) mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilis
- 1/2 C salsa
- 1 T taco seasoning
- 1 chicken breast (frozen works well)
- 1 chicken thigh (frozen works well)
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1/2 C whipping cream
- 1 t oregano
- 1/2 t cumin
Crockpot Beef and Broccoli

Place beef in a crock pot
- 1 pound boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup beef consumme
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sauce from the crock pot after being cooked
- Fresh broccoli florets (as many as desired)
- Hot cooked rice
Crockpot Cashew Chicken

In a bag, combine the black pepper and flour
- 2 lbs boneless skinles chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour or arrowroot flour (Asian market for tapioca flour, Whole Foods for arrowroot flour)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp lard, coconut oil, avocado oil, or ghee
- 2 green onions, chopped (white parts and green parts separated)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 Tbsp palm sugar
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced, or 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil

- 3 Tbsp coconut aminos (or gluten free tamari…it is not “paleo” but better than going straight soy sauce)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
