- 4 lb Self raising flour
- 26 oz Granulated sugar
- 11/2 lb Grated coconut
- 1 lb Melted margarine
- 4 Large eggs
- 3 tbsMixed essence or 11/2 tsp vanilla and almond essence

- 3 cups fine, Cassava flour
- 11/2 cups Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Mixed spice
- 1/4 lb Shortening (melted)
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 cups Grated coconut
Sugar Cakes

- 1/2 lb Grated coconuts
- 1/4 pt Water or sources
- 3/4 lb Sugar
Turnovers

To make coconut mixture cook for 15-20 minutes: 1 or 2 grated coconuts, cinnamon, all spice and 6 oz sugar
- 1 or 2 Coconuts
- 8 oz Shortening
- 4 oz Margarine/butter
- 5 lb Flour
- 6 oz Sugar
- 1 1/2 pt Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 3 oz Yeast
- Salt
