- 1 Green onion_ chopped
- Wonton wraps
SAUSAGE PAELLA

Cook sausage in a pan with a cover, over MED; drain
- Chorizo sausage
- 1 Onion_ chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic_ minced
- 2 C. Chicken stock
- 1 C. Rice_uncooked
- 1 can (398 ml) Tomatoes
- Dash Tobacco
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Green pepper_ chopped
SPECIAL PORK

Preheat oven to at 350°
- 1 lb. Pork tenderloin_cut into 1” thick pieces
- 2 tbs. Flour
- ¼ teas. Salt
- ¼ teas. Pepper
- 1 tbs. Margarine
- ½ C. Onion_ chopped
- 1/2 clove Garlic_minced
- ½ C. Applesauce_ unsweetened
- 1 tbs. Brown sugar
- 1 tbs. Soy sauce
- 1 tbs. Apple juice
- Dash Ginger
SCHNITZEL

- 4 Pork schnitzel
- ¼ C. Flour
- ¼ teas. salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Spices to taste
- 1 Egg
- ½ C. Breadcrumbs
SOLE WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE

- 1 package Sole_ thawed
- ½ can Mushroom soup
- ¼ C. Parmesan_ grated
- 2 tbs. Cooking wine
- 1 ½ tbs. Breadcrumbs

CHEDDAR BACON BREAKFAST BAKE

- 5 slices Thick European bread_cut into 1” cubes
- 6 Eggs
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 340 g. tub President’s Choice Creamy Cheddar & Bacon Dip
- 1 C. Peaches and cream corn
- ½ C. Cheddar cheese_grated
- Greased 13 X 9” glass baking dish
Simple French toast recipe

OVERNIGHT CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST BAKE

- 1/8 C. Margarine _ melted
- 6 tbs. Cream _ whipping or heavy
- 1/4 C. Sugar
- 1 ½ tbs. Flour
- ½ teas. Baking powder
- Greased 13 X 9” baking dish
PHYLLIS' WIFESAVER BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

- 16 slices Bread_ crusts removed
- 8 slices Canadian back bacon or ham
- 8 slices Sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 Eggs
