Preheat oven to 375°
- 1 can (300 ml.) Condensed milk
- 1 ¼ C. (300 ml.) Canned pumpkin puree (NOT pie filling)
- 2 tbs. Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- ½ teas. Cinnamon
- ½ teas. Nutmeg
- 30 Tart shells unbaked
AMBROSIA SALAD

Mix everything together
- 2 cans Mandarin oranges drained
- 1 large can Fruit cocktail drained
- 1 C. Miniature marshmallows
- 4 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ½ C. yogurt
RICE KRISPYSQUARES

Over LO, melt margarine
- ¼ C. Margarine
- 4 C. (250 g.) Miniature marshmallows
- ½ teas. Vanilla
- 6 C. Rice krispies
RAY'S MINESTRONE SOUP

Brown beef
- ½ lb. Ground beef
- ½ teas. Minced garlic
- 1 Onion chopped
- ½ C. Celery sliced
- ½ C. Carrots chopped
- 1 can (14 oz.) Chopped tomatoes INCLUDING juice
- 4 C. Vegetable soup stock
- ¼ C. Macaroni, uncooked
- ¼ C. Rice uncooked
- 1 can (7 oz.) Pork & beans
- 1 teas. Basil
- 1 teas. Salt
- Pepper to taste
BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Cook broccoli (if fresh, bring 1” water to boiling and simmer 10 minutes)
- 2 lbs. Broccoli florets
- 1 can Mushroom soup
- ½ C. mayonnaise
- ½ C. Cheese grated
- 1 C. Cheese crackers crushed
CHEESEY SMASHED POTATOES

Place cauliflower in large pan with enough water to cover
- 4 C. Mashed potatoes
- Cauliflower florets
- 1 C. Cheese_ grated
SAUTEED LETTUCE AND PEAS

Melt margarine in COVERED pan over MED
- 3 tbs. Margarine
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 C. peas
- 4 C. Lettuce shredded
- 3 Green onions sliced
- Salt and pepper
BASIL PASTA

Toss all ingredients
- 2 Roma tomatoes seeded
- Pasta cooked
- Garlic minced
- Olive oil
- Basil, fresh and in thin strips
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese grated
CHICKEN CHOW MEIN

Mix Sauce One and Sauce Two separately
- Chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 package Chow mein noodles
- Choi chopped
- SAUCE ONE
- 1 ¼ C. Chicken broth
- 3 tbs. Oyster sauce
- 2 tbs. Soy sauce
- 1 tbs. Sugar
- SAUCE TWO
- ¼ C. Water
- 2 tbs. cornstarch
E-FU MEIN

Blanch noodles in boiling water
- Chinese sausages (optional)
- 1 wheel E-fu noodles
- 1 can Straw mushrooms rinsed
- Green onions chopped
- 2 cloves. Garlic minced
- ½ teas. Cooking wine
- SAUCE
- 3 tbs. Oyster sauce
- 4 teas. Soy sauce
- ½ teas. Sugar
- ¼ teas. Sesame oil
- ½ C. water
