- 1 ½ lb. Strip loin_ rib eye or sirloin
- 2 tbs. Brown sugar
- 1 teas. Pepper
- 1 teas. Salt
- ½ teas. Thyme

Beef With Oyster Sauce

- Dash Ground ginger
- 1 tbs. Cornstarch
