A slightly sweet spaghetti sauce with melt in your mouth meatballs
- 90 % lean ground beef I use 3 lbs so we have leftovers
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs 3/4 cu for mixing in meatballs and 1 cup set aside in bowl
- onion
- garlic
- large jar spaghetti sauce
- sugar can be brown or regular
- Italian spices
- basil
- oregano
- bay leaves
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- 1 or 2 beef boullion cubes or tsp ground
- Have a crockpot waiting
Linguine with Tuna Puttanesca

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Kosher salt
- 12 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped kalamata olives
- 1 28-ounce can San Marzano plum tomatoes

Mix butter, onion, hamburger and garlic together in a pan and sauté till cooked
