RECIPE: Pizza Bread Bowl

Your two guilty pleasures meet in this amazing pizza bread bowl.
Chef Tips and Tricks
Ingredients
- Round loaf (artisan boule bread)
- Tomato sauce
- Mozzarella
- Salami
- Onion
- Basil
- Pancetta
- Red bell pepper
- Cheese
- Chorizo
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Slice off the top of the boule loaf and use your hands to remove out the filling
- Spread tomato sauce along the inside of the boule
- Add in layers the mozzarella, salami, onion, basil, and pancetta
- Cover with another layer of tomato sauce and a sprinkling of cheese
- Place the top of the loaf back on
- Wrap in tin foil
- Flatten with a heavy objectd
- Remove foil and add a layer of chorizo on top, along with another sprinkling of cheese
- Put in oven and back for 15 minutes
- Serve!

Ingredients
- Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)
- Shredded cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Cured ham, shredded
- 4 eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil
Method
- Roll out the dough
- Use a small bowl to cut the dough into rounds
- Add shredded cheese
- Place in oven on an oven tray afr 10 min at 355°F
- Put each dough round into a ramekin
- Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce, a handful of shredded cured ham
- Break an egg into each pizza
- Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and a basil leaf
- Place in oven for another 15 mins at 355°F
- Garnish with parsley and a pinch of pepper
- Serve and enjoy!
