Ingredients

  • 1½ lb. hamburger
  • ¾ c. white rice cooked (minute rice)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soya
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons catalina dressing
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix hamburger, rice and egg and make 16 balls, place in an 8x8 pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over meat cover with a foil and bake 375°F 1h15min.
