- 1 cut up fryer chicken
- 1 C mesquite BBQ sauce
- 2 T honey
- 2 T brown mustard
- 1 T horseradish
- 1 T granulated garlic
- 1 sweet onion sliced
- 1 med zucchini sliced
- 1 tomato sliced

A personal creation
- 1 pack of small cut up beef
- 4 cups of water
- 1 stalk of celery
- noodles (desired amount)
- a half cut up red pepper
- a half cut up green pepper
- a half cut up orange pepper
- a half cut up yellow pepper
- some broccoli
- 2 cups of grated cheese
- a cut up tomato
- salt
- pepper
- grated onions

1. In a bowl combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well
- The vegetables:
- 2 sweet potatoes with peel, thickly sliced
- 1 small butternut, cut into big cubes
- 1 large Red Pepper cut into cubes
- 2 cobs sweetcorn cut into 2cm slices
- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1tsp crushed garlic
- 1tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1tsp Crushed Cumin
- 1tsp Salt
- Sauce:
- 250ml Fresh Cream or Reduced Fat cream
- 2 Tbsp Mustard sauce
- 1/2 cup sweetcorn (creamstyle)
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped.
