I created this original recipe for a couple of my best friends who had recently become vegetarians

  • 2 poblano peppers
  • 2 red jalapeno peppers
  • 1 habanero pepper
  • 3 tablespoon nut or other oil
  • 1 cup chopped yellow or red onion
