Meatballs with Tomato Sauce (for babies 12 months+)

Recipe from my Italian grandmother, ideal for a family meal or to take a picnic
- A large can of peeled tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of fresh parsley (flat if possible)
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- 2/3 lb minced beef
- 4 eggs
- Stale bread or store bought breadcrumbs ( equivalent of a glass )
- optional:
- Equivalent 1/ 2 cup pecorino romano ( Italian cheese).
Italian Breaded Lemon Chicken

This lemon chicken is creamy salty and has just the right amount of flavor perfect for any meal
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- Garlic minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp lemon juice, if using fresh lemon reserve some rind for garnish
- 3 tbsp capers
- 2 eggs and a bit of water or milk
- 1/4 cup your preferred type of cooking oil
- Salt-and-pepper to taste
- 1 tsp tarragon more if desired
- Two plastic bags. I use them to coat the chicken but they are not necessary.
- 1/2 pound of your favorite pasta cooked and drained.
- Optional parmesan cheese
