There are probably 1001 ways to cook pork: grilling, roasting, poaching, frying, sautéing, braising...the list is endless.

Pork that's been well-fed and left to run around freely will taste infinitely better than what you can find at the supermarket.

So spend the extra couple of bucks and head over to the butcher. Select pork chops that are a pale pink color with vibrantly white fat. Also look for fat marbling throughout the chop (an indicator of quality) because that means they'll hold out better during cooking.
