Round eyes: go for the inverted 'comma'

Your eyes are cute and round, giving you an adorable, innocent look. Transform them into femme-fatale eyes by drawing an inverted comma at the end of your eyelids. Start your line about half an inch from the inside of your eye, then follow your lash line as closely as possible until you reach the outer corner. Once you do, draw an inverted comma at the very end. Try to angle it towards your eyebrows, without going too far either. Finally, finish with mascara on both your upper and lower lashes to really make your eyes pop.
