Made from blending oats and water, this drink does not require any expensive ingredients and can easily be made at home. When consumed regularly, oatmeal water can help to:

- Stimulate metabolism
- Act as a natural diuretic, flushing out excess water and encouraging weight loss

How To Prepare
In a saucepan, combine 1 part whole grain oats with 5 parts water. Bring to boil, then let rest for 8 hours. Add a natural sweeter such as honey or maple syrup. Try to do this part overnight, so you can enjoy your oatmeal water for breakfast.
Once the water and oats have infused, pour the contents into a blender and add cinnamon. Blend and then pour the liquid through a thin mesh strainer. Store your oatmeal water in the fridge using a well-sealed bottle for up to 4 days.
