The Oven method

A great way to guarantee a well cooked fish is to wrap your whole fish, or your fish fillets individually in foil. Make sure that your fish has been basted in plenty of butter and citrus, as well as seasoned with salt and pepper. Then place your foil covered fish in the oven for its designated cooking time.
