Tip using cash or card

When tipping your servers, try to avoid leaving them with a big pile of coins. You'll rarely have an amount so small that the tip is less than 1$. Bills are always preferred, or simply add the tip on your debit/credit card slip. The only time it's appropriate to leave coins is if you're doing take-away, and there's a tip jar by the cash register.
