USA - Denver omelette

There is no shortage of appetizing breakfast options in the US, but one of the most popular egg dishes is indisputably the Denver omelette. Also referred to as a Southwest or Western omelette, it's got a delightful fluffy texture and tasty filling of diced ham, bell peppers, onions and cheddar cheese. The vegetables and ham are cut into a small dice, which provides crunch and bulk.
