We all love scalloped potatoes, but so often it just takes way too long to make. So for a quick version you should turn to your microwave! Simply wash, peel and thinly slice your potatoes, then layer them in a large glass dish along with garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg. When you've reached the top of the dish, cover the potatoes with a layer of milk and cream, then microwave on high for 25 to 30 minutes. You can also add some grated cheese on top if you like!
