Candy apples

You don't need to wait for the next county fair to eat a candy apple! Simply make some homemade caramel in the microwave and add it to a bowl with some red food coloring and lemon juice. Stick a skewer in the apple and dip the apple in the caramel. Wait for the caramel to harden then enjoy!
