Frozen Sauces

We've saved our best freezer hack until last! Did you know, you can store liquids in your freezer using glass jars? You just need to know how to freeze them correctly so they don't crack or spill.

Store your liquid in a thick, glass jar with a wide mouth and lid, as these jars can be easily stored. You should fill the jar 3/4 of the way with your chosen liquid, so that when it swells in the freezer, it has enough space.

Remember, while most sauces can be frozen and easily thawed, any emulsified sauce - such as mayonnaise or vinaigrette dressing - should not be frozen. This is because it's impossible to thaw sauces with those ingredients and that consistency, and achieve their original flavor and texture.
