If you're freezing cooked or raw foods at home yourself, remember there are storage periods for certain foods. Check out our list below.

Soups, stews, and casseroles: 2 months
Cooked meat: 2-3 months
Raw ground meat: 3-4 months
Raw meat in chunks: 4-12 months
Raw chicken (and other poultry) in chunks: 9 months
Whole raw chicken: 12 months
