Ingredients (for 4 servings):
2 heads of romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the cut sides of the romaine halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the romaine halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for 2-3 min. until lightly charred and slightly wilted. Remove from the grill and set aside.
Place the grilled romaine halves on a serving platter. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing, then top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles.
