Ingredients (for 12 wings):
12 bone-in chicken wings
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min., preferably 2-3 hours for more flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 min., turning occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy these flavorful and zesty grilled lemon pepper chicken wings!
