  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
  2. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the granola, crushed digestive biscuits, chopped nuts, and dried fruit (if using).
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the granola and biscuit mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing the edges to hang over the sides for easy removal.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down to compact it evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, or until firm and set.

  • 1 puff pastry

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the strawberries into halves.
