Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  2. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to whip until the mixture is well combined and forms stiff peaks.
  4. In a 9x9-inch pan, start by spreading a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.
  5. Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the cream. Break the crackers if necessary to fit the pan.
  6. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, making sure to cover them completely.
  7. Add a layer of mango slices over the cream.
  8. Repeat the layers: graham crackers, cream mixture, and mango slices until you reach the top of the pan. The final layer should be the cream mixture.
  9. Once all layers are done, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for extra texture (optional).
