Ingredients (for 6 or 12 skewers, depending on length):
12 cherry tomatoes
12 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
12 fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
2 tbspolive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
12 wooden or bamboo skewers
Instructions:
Thread one cherry tomato onto each skewer.
Follow with one mini mozzarella ball.
Finish with a fresh basil leaf.
Repeat the process for all 12 skewers.
Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the skewers.
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
