Sriracha Shrimp Kabobs

Fire up the grill (or broiler) for these bold, zesty Shrimp Sriracha Kebabs! Juicy shrimp get a spicy kick from Sriracha, a refreshing pop of citrus from lime, and a fragrant finish with fresh cilantro. The quick marinade ensures every bite is packed with flavor, making these skewers a fast, high-protein option for your Super Bowl spread. Best of all? They cook in minutes, so you can spend more time watching the game and less time in the kitchen.

Ingredients (for 4-6 servings):

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (plus extra for garnish)
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Sriracha, olive oil, lime zest and juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp, tossing to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 min.
  2. Preheat the grill or broiler to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 min.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, about 4-5 per skewer. Discard any leftover marinade.
  4. Grill for 2-3 min. per side, until the shrimp turn pink and slightly charred. If broiling, place skewers on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 4-5 min., flipping halfway.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately with lime wedges for extra zing.
