With a bread-maker: Pour all of the ingredients into your bread machine, select the "basic" option and then "dough." After about two and a half hours, your dough is ready.
By hand: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar. Make a well in the middle, add the yeast and half of the water. Knead by hand or using a food processor, while slowly adding the remaining water. The dough should no longer stick to the edges of the bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean dish towel and let the dough rise and double in size, ideally in a warm part of your house or kitchen.
