Homemade stovetop pita bread in 6 easy steps

Roll it out

Using a rolling pin, roll out each piece of dough into a 6-inch circle. Place the first circle on a clean dish towel, cover with wax paper and continue rolling out the rest of the dough, stacking them as you go. Once you're done, cover the entire stack with the dish towel and let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
