Chocolate banana

There's something about bananas and chocolate that just works. Take a banana and cut it lengthwise (without going all the way through). Stuff the banana with chocolate squares. Wrap the banana in aluminum foil and place it on the grill or directly on top of the coals if they're not completely red-hot. Let cook for 5 to 7 minutes. You'll know it's done when the chocolate is completely melted and the banana slightly softened.
