Peach and oatmeal muffins

You've got to try pairing peaches with oats—it's healthy and delicious! Oats add fiber, phosphorus, iron and magnesium to your breakfast muffin. For this recipe, mix 1 cup oats with 1 1/2 cups buttermilk. In another bowl, mix 2 cups flour with 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1 egg. Add the oatmeal, then 3 peeled and diced peaches. Pour into a muffin tin and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350° F.
