Love pizza but never satisfied with the crust? Next time, use sweet potato in place of the flour! Take 2 large cooked sweet potatoes (mashed into a puree), and combine with 2 egg whites, 1/3 cup almond flour, 1 1/3 cup rice flour, fresh oregano and basil. Mix well, and roll out your dough before pre-baking it for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 °F. Then add your toppings, and cook in the oven for another 30 minutes. You'll be hooked!
