If you prefer the thicker-cut cousins to fries, then opt for wedge-shaped sweet potatoes. Quarter your sweet potato, and dip the pieces in olive oil. Then season with salt, pepper, parsley, paprika or other spices of your choice. Bake the wedges for 20 to 30 minutes at 400 °F, making sure they don't touch. Flip them once halfway through. Whip up a little yogurt and chives sauce on the side, and you've got a healthy snack in less than 60 minutes!
