Breaded lemon chicken escalopes

Breaded chicken escalopes are super easy to make. You can sub turkey escalopes if you prefer. Soak the escalopes in lemon juice for 2 minutes, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place them in a very hot skillet, and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, flip, and sprinkle again with lemon pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes, or until heated through. For a sweeter taste, replace the breadcrumbs with hazelnut flour.
